4aGoodCause comes with a “Test mode” which enables you to test your donation or registration process before going live.

When your pages are in Test Mode you can simulate an online donation or registration without the page actually taking any money off your credit card or recording the transaction in your reports. 

Follow these steps to enable test mode on your fundraising campaign. 

  1. Login to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User. 
  2. Click on Campaigns on the left menu. 
  3. You will be presented with a list of your current campaigns. 
  4. Click the menu icon on the right for the campaign you need to edit.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. The configuration for Test Mode is found under the first tab, Campaign Info. 
  7. Scroll down to the Campaign Status section.  
  8. Check the box labeled Test mode enabled. 
  9. Scroll down and click Update Campaign to apply your changes. 

IMPORTANT - Make sure to disable Test Mode before you give out your page to the public. In Test Mode, your page cannot accept real donations.

Follow these steps to disable test mode on your fundraising campaign. 
  1. Login to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User. 
  2. Click on Campaigns on the left menu. 
  3. You will be presented with a list of your current campaigns. 
  4. Click the menu icon on the right for the campaign you need to edit.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. The configuration for Test Mode is found under the first tab, Campaign Info. 
  7. Scroll down to the Campaign Status section.  
  8. Uncheck the box labeled Test mode enabled. 
  9. Scroll down and click Update Campaign to apply your changes.
